Gledswood Hills Public School is committed to a whole school culture that promotes innovative practices in a supportive and collaborative community.
The learning culture at Gledswood Hills Public School is one of continuous improvement – some key areas have been innovating practice in flexible learning spaces, developing strategies to effectively leverage learning spaces and building collaborative practice and co-teaching. This learning journey has been a partnership between GHPS school and teacher leaders, and the SLEC (School Learning Environments and Change) team.
Co-teaching involves two or more teachers working together — sharing the planning, organisation, delivery, and assessment of instruction, as well as physical and virtual spaces.
Sharratt & Fullan's (2012) co-teaching cycle.

We at Gledswood Hills Public School Acknowledge and respect the Dharawal people and their elders past, present and emerging. We would also like to thank them for their care of the Dharawal Nation. Together we can continue to look after this great land, and walk side by side with our Aboriginal brothers and sisters everyday.
